Terrible customer support |

No way to contact company other than email forms on host site and turnaround on responses is 2 days. If you request that someone call and speak with you directly, expect it to take at least a week and don't expect the person who calls to be very helpful nor polite.

Excellent free hosting for a basic web site. Over a year with no problems and just registered another domain. At $20/year for registration AND hosting you really can't lose. I've also found tech support fast, friendly, courteous and able to solve any problem.
